## No Refunds Issued Under the Following Conditions:

  1. Incorrect Size Selection: If a customer orders an item without referring to the size chart and the item does not fit, we do not issue refunds. We encourage all customers to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.

  2. Returns Not Accepted: Items are manufactured to order and shipped directly from a factory in China. As the manufacturer is a factory and not a warehouse, returned products cannot be accepted or processed.

  3. Failure to Read Product Descriptions: We offer both cotton and polyester items. Customers must thoroughly read the product descriptions, details, and specifications provided on each product page before purchasing. Refunds are not issued if a customer fails to read the item details and specifications.

## Refunds and Replacements Offered Under the Following Conditions:

  1. Lost Package: If the package is lost during shipping and does not arrive at the customer's destination, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

  2. Damaged Item: If the item arrives damaged (e.g., torn, broken, etc.), customers are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  3. Wrong Item Sent: If the customer receives the wrong product, size, design, or color from what was ordered, we will offer a refund or a replacement.

  4. Product Defects: If the item has defects, such as stains, loose seams, or missing parts like pockets, customers are eligible for a refund or replacement.

## Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Replacement items will be shipped as soon as possible following confirmation of the issue..
